Co-Founder & Head of UX / Design at Amazon UX Lab
I’ve helped grow UX Lab from 3 independent design leaders to a team of 25 cross-disciplinary creatives collaborating on a blend of self-initiated and executive sponsored programs.
My current work ranges from next-gen multimodal to mixed reality and defining the ambient home. I think a lot about design systems, AR, CV, ML, and a list of internal acronyms focused on impacting customers on a 3-5 year horizon.
For me, success is measured in new and lasting partnerships, data-driven insights, and the quality of ideas delivered. Seven programs that I’ve initiated and led have been funded, including the Echo Show and Together — Alexa Drop In — concepts. Most of my Amazon work remains confidential.
